If you’ve been thinking about buying a home or re-financing, now might be the time as mortgage rates have fallen. The new lower interest rates mean, For Sale, signs won’t be staying in lawns for very long as consumers will have more buying power.
Research suggests that the rates are likely to continue to drop– and it’s something consumers should take advantage of.
